  • Minimum Stay: 3 nights per booking.

  • Rate: Starts from £160 per night, depending on the season and availability.

  • Check-in & Check-out:

    Check-in is after 15:00 on the day of arrival.
    Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure.
    Please arrive and depart promptly so we can prepare for the next guests.

  • Guest Conduct: Please behave respectfully and treat the lodge and surroundings as you would your own home.

  • Pets: Pets are welcome! A maximum of two pets is permitted per booking. Please keep them well-behaved, off the furniture, clean up after them, and prevent any damage.

  • Smoking: No smoking indoors. You’re welcome to smoke outside — please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.

  • Damages: Accidents happen! Please let us know right away if something breaks. Major damage or extra cleaning may incur a charge.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit: A 15% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your arrival. If the full balance is not paid by this deadline, the booking will be cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

  • Late Bookings: If your booking is made within 4 weeks of your arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations: All payments made (deposit or full balance) are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
